Your luxurious safari adventure begins with a warm welcome as you touch down in Kenya. From the airport, you’ll be whisked away to the iconic Masai Mara, where the vast savannahs await. Check into your lavish accommodations, whether it’s an elegant tented camp or a luxurious lodge, and settle in for a memorable stay. Spend the afternoon at leisure, soaking in the stunning surroundings and gearing up for the wildlife encounters ahead.

Enjoy a full day at this famous reserve searching for a wild game with an option to enjoy a balloon safari which normally happens in the morning. You can bring a picnic lunch or have lunch at the camp. A visit to Masai villages is also an option. Return to the luxury camp in the evening. The Mara is the land of African legend. Lions are abundant throughout the park, as are elephants, giraffes, and various gazelle species and zebra. Cheetahs and leopards are also regularly seen and, less commonly, rhinos. Along with wildlife, the Masai Mara is also home to many members of the colorful Masai tribe who may be seen around the park’s borders.

Today, witness one of nature’s greatest spectacles as you encounter the awe-inspiring Great Migration. Set out early to catch the dramatic river crossings, where millions of wildebeest and zebras brave the crocodile-infested waters in their quest for greener pastures. The annual wildebeest migration, one of nature’s few remaining wildlife spectacles, occurs in the Mara from July to September where the big animals and their predators are to be present in abundance during the time frame of this trip. Several species of bee-eater, the flying rainbow that heads the list of Mara’s birds, occur in the reserve. After an exhilarating day of wildlife viewing, unwind with sundowners (at extra pay) in the heart of the bush, toasting the beauty of the African sunset. Enjoy a gourmet dinner under the stars as night falls, and recount the day’s adventures around a crackling campfire.

After a memorable morning amidst nature, transfer to the airport for your onward journey, with you the memories of a truly luxurious safari experience in Kenya.
